Ms. Winkleblack has been an active member of the Arizona State Bar since 2015. Her practice areas include commercial, real estate, and construction litigation. Ms. Winkleblack’s clients include individuals and companies engaged in real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, food and beverage, insurance, construction, and financial services.
Ms. Winkleblack’s litigation practice emphasizes real estate, non-disclosure, broker liability, construction defects, construction law, title disputes, liens and encumbrances, landlord-tenant matters, homeowner’s association disputes, contract disputes, and general business disputes. Ms. Winkleblack is an empathetic, efficient, and adaptable practitioner who enthusiastically serves clients on matters ranging from small to large.
Prior to joining Nearhood Law Offices, Ms. Winkleblack was an active duty Captain in the Judge Advocate Corps of the U.S. Air Force. Ms. Winkleblack honed her litigation skills representing the U.S. Government and individual Airmen in misdemeanor and felony-level courts-martial.
