Her litigation practice has emphasized contract disputes; non-disclosure; earnest money disputes; construction defects; construction law; escrow and title company liability; title disputes; adverse possession; easements; deed restrictions and CC&Rs; liens and encumbrances; quiet title actions; homeowner-association disputes; commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes; subdivisions and lot splits; and business disputes, dissolution, receivership and accounting. Ms. Fox’s transactional practice has encompassed all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including real estate development, sales, construction, finance and leasing; the creation of subdivisions and condominiums; business formation, contracts and dissolution; zoning; easements; deed restrictions; and HUD compliance. Former counsel to the Arizona Association of Realtors®, Ms. Fox continues to work closely with commercial and residential real estate brokerages and agents, and regularly conducts educational seminars for Arizona Realtors®, lawyers and escrow companies. Ms. Fox is a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property Section), the State Bar of Arizona (Real Property Section), and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
