Certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Real Estate Specialist, Patricia Premeau is a litigator practicing extensively in both real estate and commercial litigation.

Patricia (Patty) Premeau is a three-time graduate of Arizona State University. Since 1993, Ms. Premeau practices in the area of dispute resolution, from negotiation, to litigation, to trial and appeals. She practices extensively in both real estate and commercial litigation, including commercial lease negotiations and disputes, contracts, specific performance, quiet title, partitions, adverse possession, easements, encroachments, deed restrictions, title disputes, lien foreclosure, lending disputes, FEDs, partnership/shareholder disputes (including medical marijuana business disputes), dissolutions/receiverships, and non-solicit and non-compete agreements. Ms. Premeau's clerkship at the Arizona Court of Appeals continues to serve her well in representing clients on appeal.

Ms. Premeau graduated cum laude from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1993. Ms. Premeau has an AV® Preeminent Rating, the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell TM. Ms. Premeau accepted an invitation to serve on the Maricopa County Superior Court's Commercial Court Practices and Procedures Committee, providing input to judges and providing recommendations regarding practices, procedures and forms for the commercial court pilot program.

Ms. Premeau is a frequent lecturer in the title and escrow industry, including presenting to the Land Title Association of Arizona (LTAA), the Arizona Escrow Association, and local title and escrow companies.  Ms. Premeau is also a member of the LTAA Legislative Committee, working with LTAA members to track and give voice to proposed statutes that directly impact Arizona’s real estate community. 

Ms. Premeau is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (Real Property, Construction, and Trial Practice Sections), the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Scottsdale Bar Association, the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, and Women in E-Discovery (Phoenix Chapter).
