Mr. Fletcher has been actively engaged in the private practice of law in the state of Arizona since 2009. His practice areas include business, real estate and construction transactions, and commercial litigation. Mr. Fletcher serves a variety of representative clients, including companies and individuals engaged in real estate, manufacturing, transportation, food and beverage, logistics, insurance, construction, financial services, and healthcare.

Mr. Fletcher’s transactional experience includes a wide variety of commercial transactions, such as business acquisitions and sale, equipment acquisitions and sale, real estate acquisitions and sale, lease matters, financing matters, vendor contracts, employment contracts, inter-business contracts, construction contracts, and business organization. Mr. Fletcher's litigation practice has an emphasis on real estate, escrow and title company liability, broker liability, construction defect, construction law, title disputes, liens and encumbrances, landlord-tenant matters, homeowner’s association disputes and general business disputes.

Mr. Fletcher is a patient listener, and intently client orientated. He strives to efficiently and effectively resolve legal issues, at all times keeping in mind the client’s goals and budget.

Mr. Fletcher has written and presented to various professional organizations on landlord-tenant topics. He also serves as a judge pro-tem for the Maricopa County Justice Courts, and provides volunteer legal services in real estate matters to qualified low income recipients through the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Fletcher is a member of Executive Council Charities 70, a charitable organization made up of 70 local professionals with the singular goal of raising money for Arizona’s at-risk-youth. Mr. Fletcher is also a member of the Arizona Business Council, Scottsdale Bar Association, and Business, Construction and Real Property sections of the Arizona State Bar.
