Mr. Fletcher's legal practice focuses on litigation and commercial transactions. Mr. Fletcher's litigation practice has an emphasis on real estate, escrow and title company liability, broker liability, construction defect, construction law, title disputes, liens and encumbrances, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, and general business disputes. Mr. Fletcher also represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial transactions, including real estate acquisitions and sale, lease matters, construction contracts, and business organization.

Mr. Fletcher has written and presented to various professional organizations on landlord-tenant and Fair Housing topics. He also serves as a judge pro tem for the Maricopa County Justice Courts, and provides volunteer legal services in real estate matters to qualified low income recipients through the State Bar of Arizona.

Mr. Fletcher is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), Scottsdale Bar Association, and Business, Construction and Real Property sections of the Arizona State Bar.
