Michael R. Fletcher is an attorney with Nearhood Law Offices' litigation group. Mr. Fletcher's legal practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on real estate, escrow and title company liability, broker and agent liability, construction defect, construction law, title disputes, liens and encumbrances, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, and general business disputes. Mr. Fletcher also has experience in the area of personal injury defense, including toxic tort defense.

Mr. Fletcher has written and presented to various professional organizations on landlord-tenant and Fair Housing matters. He also serves as a judge pro tem for the Maricopa County Justice Courts, and provides volunteer legal services in real estate matters to qualified low income recipients through the State Bar of Arizona.

Mr. Fletcher is a member of the American Bar Association, Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and Construction and Real Property sections of the Arizona State Bar.

Originally from Huntington Beach, California, Mr. Fletcher has made Arizona his home since 2006. When not serving his clients’ needs, Mr. Fletcher enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing golf, and participating in outdoor recreational activities.
